Rules, Etiquette and Deleted Accounts
Please note that the following threads have been updated, particularly the Rules and Etiquette posts, you are all expected to make yourselves familiar with these. These have grown significantly as the forum has grown.
Forum Etiquette Guide
Rules
Privacy and Deleted Accounts
Please also be aware as Pam has recently indicated, if we ask, inform or remind you about where to post things or what to do or what not to do, we are not doing so in a nasty manner, we are not chastising you we are simply, informing, reminding or asking. The common response after one of these reminders is "I didn't know", WE KNOW THAT, that is why the information or reminder is being stated.
We spend alot of time keeping track of information and trying to make it accessible as possible, we also spend a lot of time editing headings and posts to further ensure this, we are not asking you not to post, we are simply asking that you help us to help you!
Thanks

Nicole, don't get married and have kids, you have enough of us here and we love you like the mother you are. Thanks from a complete computer novice, you have the patience of a saint.

Re: Rules, Etiquette and Deleted Accounts
I just hope that everyone realises that the people who keep this forum running actually have real day jobs and can only do the maintenance and housekeeping when they have a moment ( or when the boss is not looking -
he he he )
I marvel at the amount of time Nicole and Pam put in collectively to keep the threads neat and tidy. Nicole is such an obsessive list maker... yes, Lili, YOU are on that list he he he..
I remember the time back at conception when Nicole made a list of all the links from 74 pages of CC chit chat..
And Pam is just as bad at wanting to keep things neat and compact.
So THANK YOU, you two. and Tish as well. If it weren't for Tish for rounding us up - we would not have met...and would not be here now...
And I am such a trouble maker. Yes - I was always the one at School getting in trouble for being disruptive..

Oh my hahahahah I am crazy! I found that recently and had to go through it again cause we were missing a couple of worthwhile things from there!
If I don't add it to my list it gets forgotten! At least I can clear my mind for decorating and then come back to my lists!
Thanks ladies, I know I am obsessive or anal or whatever about keeping the forum tidy but I hope you all know it's mostly for your benefit, after that it does make things a little easier for Pam and I.

I'm on everyone's list.
Yes you are. But we love you that way.

This forum wouldn't be what it is without Nicole and her hard work. I also think it's the characters that frequent the forum that also make it a fun place to be as well as educational!!

Re: Rules, Etiquette and Deleted Accounts
Just bumping this and asking people to take a little more care in where they are posting threads, please check you are in the correct forum rather than just posting where-ever you are.
I know the forum's been playing up and I have reported it, but Pam and I have had to move a lot of posts lately because people don't seem to be looking where they are posting.
The forums are pretty clear.
Much appreciated.
