Cupcake Doilies

Re: Cupcake Doilies
I just bought a packet of doilies, and made some of them re' tutorial shown here, from CC... and I must say, that as I have previously bought the cupcake wrappers from USA , I am impressed with how they turned out. MIND YOU, they are not as beautiful as the originals... but surely are a cheaper alternative. If I had a wedding or special event, I would use the originals... but otherwise... Loving the doily!!!

I had bought my pack of doilies yesterday - must be about 250 or more of them.

Re: Cupcake Doilies
Yes Cindy, there are 250 in my packet, but I actually made them with 3 stuck together instead of separating them completely,....

Re: Cupcake Doilies
Toni, same here!
Was decorating some cupcake single plastic container with the doilies, when the 6th one came so much thinner the the previous ones - only then I realised I had been using 2-3 of them stuck together, which looked much better than the thin one.

Re: Cupcake Doilies
Try checking out our Members Tutorial area here http://cakedec.forumotion.com/members-tutorials-f15/ it's the 5th or 6th one down.
We also have a search function in the top right hand corner, both doily and cupcake bring the link up in the first couple of finds.
Cheers
